There is text messaging scandal inside the Casselberry Police Department, officer Matthew Blunt is accused of sending a racial slur image of Fuko from Clannad with the message "aw sh*t n**ga" from his personal phone to the city-owned phone of his supervisor Kristine Parmatian. Blunt was bragging his win of US$32 in the lottery.
Word from the message had some Casselberry residents upset. Interim police chief David Del Rosso stated that Blunt took full responsibility and acknowledged his actions. Blunt's punishment was one 10-hour shift without pay.
According to city officials, this is Blunt first disciplinary action since joining the force in 2010.
